We had a nice time at this hotel. Right on the boardwalk and beach with free parking. At the end of the boardwalk so quiet and less busy. If you don't mind walking 10-15 mins to shops and restaurants, this is a great place to stay. I was hesitate with the bad reviews, but I had a great experience and am so glad I stayed. Will be back for sure! Great sunrises too!

Quite possibly the best hotel room in Rehoboth

We stayed in the Queen/Queen Oceanfront room which was amazing. Clean, 2 showers(?!), a minifridge, microwave and coffee maker. Best of all it is direct OF with an amazing view. Staff here is pleasant and helpful, but note that the hotel does not have many amenities. No pool or restaurant and no kitchen in the room. Parking included for 1 car. I had to purchase a $60 weekend parking permit. But that's true anywhere. It's farther up the boardwalk than some other hotels, but that was a plus because it's quieter. You do need to walk a few blocks to go to any restaurant, but, you are steps from the beach.

I’d like to give them a higher rating. The hotel is a good location and the room was fine but we had an unfortunate incident. After checking in, checking over the room, which was to our satisfaction, we went to dinner. When we got back we discovered one of the beds had an orange stain and was soaking wet. There was no obvious leak from the ceiling. We could only surmise that someone had been in the room and spilled something on the bed. It was too late to report that night so we bolted the door, shoved a chair up against it and crawled into the dry bed. We reported the incident first thing in the morning. We had to wait for Maintenance to arrive at 8:30. Maintenance was prompt but also could not see a source for the wet spot. It was still wet that morning. I requested a new room but was told that no rooms were available. The contaminated mattress was replaced and the bed remade. We were assured that they would continue to investigate the incident. I was told the General Manager would look into the issue when he returned. I never heard from him. No type of formal apology or some kind of compensation was offered. While the facility itself gets a 3 or 4. Hospitality gets a 0.

The location was perfect for what I was looking for. Having the coffee machine break in the lobby was an inconvenience, the closest coffee shop that opened early was quite a walk away!

Its an older property but great on price and location. Rooms are spartan but bed was quite comfortable and I felt the room was very clean. Parking on the property was handle but one needs to be careful of the many pillars.

Hotel room was very clean. Shower and water pressure was perfect. Beautiful views. Staff was friendly. Bed was very hard and pillows were thin. But that’s just a personal opinion- didn’t ruin my stay. Perfect location to hit up the beach.
