Excellent location on the end of the boardwalk, more quiet and less crowded. There is limited parking. The AC units in the room need replacing, they work but they are so loud it woke us up at night, in both our rooms

Perfect location. Easy to walk everywhere and beachfront was ideal. Rooms appear bigger on website than reality. Wish there was a fitness center on site. Overall would stay again but would need to pay more for better view than facing a building.

I loved that it was right on the beach and the boardwalk was amazing with so much to eat and good souvenir shopping. The hotel was a little run down and small. There was no workout room or pool nor was there a breakfast. For the price I was hoping for a little more than just a room with a tiny bathroom.

Although the room appeared clean, there was still sand on the floors from previous guests. I requested an ocean view room and was expecting front ocean view but didn’t get that. Hotel has NO amenities meaning no pool, no restaurant, no breakfast, nothing!!! Front desk staff gave me attitude when I needed sheets and bedding for the sofa bed. I wouldn’t go here again.

Room was clean but the bathroom was very small and it lacked adequate furniture. (We had two queen beds with only one chair and small table.) The AC was very loud. The Lobby offer coffee in the morning, but the coffee machine was Out of Order.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. Anyway, these were minor issues, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location

It's the perfect location, but without amenities. The parking was extremely convenient. There is a nice shower and bathroom to change for the beach before and after check-in and check-out. The air conditioning wasn't on when I went into the rooms, so it was very hot. Also, I called ahead and was told that the hotel provided beach chairs and towels. This was not the case. I had to pay $10/chair.
