I took my mom to this hotel and she said everything about this hotel is immaculate. Rooms are clean and up to date. All staff members are just very friendly. Can’t beat the location either. In the heart of downtown and about 2 and a half blocks from the boardwalk. I go to Rehoboth beach every year and will definitely come back next year.

Good amenities but…

The amenities was nice and the room was clean. However, since we were a group of women in our 20s, we all felt that certain staff members were condescending and rude to us, and felt a difference in how they were treating their older clientele compared to us. We enjoyed the location, room, and amenities, and would like to give this place another chance but checking in definitely felt like a negative experience for us.

Everything was wonderful, third time we have stayed. Only item that was in need of repair was the door to the room. The door was difficult to open, it stuck and required a hip bump to open it. Front desk was notified.
