have stayed here on 2 other occasions. Bar staff were excellent. This visit was for 2 nights in a Deluxe room which was good and the bed comfortable. The only thing that let it down was having just ONE small bottle of water in the room between two guests! There was no replenishment of the tea/coffee or ONE bottle of water for the second night. When this was mentioned at check-out the receptionist said that you only get ONE bottle of water! Glad we didn't stay for a week!

City centre comfort and style

Pros: Comfort, style, staff, location,
Cons: -
Location: City centre, very near good shops, 10 mins walk to Cathedral, short taxi ride to several (7?} champagne houses.
A beautiful hotel well located for shops, department stores and one of the main attractions in Reims, the Cathedral. We had a 3 night stay and enjoyed every minute, and left wishing we could stay longer. The pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms were all well maintained and very clean. On-site parking is available, with additional an multi-storey across the road. We were met by friendly Reception staff who came to our car to help with luggage, and were only to happy to answer our questions and advised on a visit to one of the local champagne houses, which was itself an enjoyable visit. The restaurant offered a good variety of well prepared food at reasonable prices, served by polite, attentive staff who were always ready to oblige. The bar was superb being designed around the largest ice bucket I have ever seen, displaying a full range of champagne bottle sizes (all of which contained champagne). The most unassuming, yet still attentive, barman was also the hotels' answer to Tom Cruise showing amazing skill with 3 bottles a shaker and a glass!

Good hotel

Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: My husbands steak was too tough to eat!
Location: Excellent central city location with easy access to surrounding area.
Good hotel in central position. Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Safe parking. Will definitely return

Das Zimmer Comfort war klein, abgeschrägte Wände, aus einem Bett konnte man nicht aussteigen, ohne den Kopf anzuschlagen. Für 240 Euro absolut ungenügend.

Très bel hôtel ! La chambre est belle, confortable et très fonctionnelle. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. Le spa est très pratique et reposant. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville mais le restaurant et le bar de l'hôtel étaient bien meilleurs. Bref, c'était magnifique!

Excellent hôtel

Excellent hôtel, personnel très accueillant et très serviable, parking sous l’hôtel avec chargeur tesla, chambres propres, de bonnes tailles et lits très confortables. Très bon restaurant de fruits de mer et à prix raisonnable. Très bien situé, à 5-10minutes à pied de la cathédrale. La seule chose moins bien c’est le spa. Le hamman est une vieille installation et l’espace est mixé avec la gym donc il fait plutôt froid. La piscine est agréable. Sinon c’est très propre. Nous sommes venus à 6 (2 adultes et 4 enfants) Généralement excellent hotel- j’y retournerai volontiers et recommande vivement.
