Es liegt in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und lädt zu einem erholsamen Urlaub ein. Ihre Wanderungen und Loipengänge können Sie direkt vom Haus aus starten. Bis in das Ortszentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Außerdem gibt es drei wunderschöne Naturseen die im Sommer zum Schwimmen einladen. Unser Haus zeichnet sich durch persönliche Betreuung und individuelle Urlaubsberatung aus. Bei unseren Ein-, Zwei- und Dreiraumwohnungen (Nichtraucher) haben wir vor allem auf Komfort und Gemütlichkeit geachtet. Die abgestimmte Einrichtung im Landhausstil, sowie Holzboden und offene Kamine machen die Wohnungen besonders gemütlich. Einzigartig für Reit im Winkl ist die bekannte und beliebte „Hausberg“ Ski-, Snowboard-und Langlaufschule. Alle Kurse können direkt im Haus gebucht werden. Ebenfalls bekommen Sie bei uns sämtliche Ausrüstungen für alle Wintersportarten: Ski, Board, Langlauf, Schlitten und Schneeschuhe Für Hausgäste gibt es auf alle Kurse 10% Ermäßigung.
