The Cocoonr agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the center town, this new flat, luminous and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi (optical fibre), of a surface of 29 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A 15 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with Italian shower, WC

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market:
Carrefour City in front of the building, Intermarché at 150 meters, the bar Le hibou and the restaurant BRETONE.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking).
