Hubo un problema al hacer check in. Tuve que comunicarme con servio al cliente de expedía . El hotel actuó rápidamente también y fue error de ellos , se portaron muy bien y resolvieron el problema rápido. En recompensa mejoraron mi reserva . Los cuartos muy limpios y el personal muy amable . Recomendado para personas que vienen en familia y para trabajo .

At check in, the staff was very curteous. Our room was clean and spacious. I was awoken at 1 am by the people in the room directly above ours, stomping around, dropping a few things and I think maybe slamming cupboard doors. I waited until 2 am, to give them time to settle in. When Ibphined the front desk, whoever answered made it seem like I was being the one unreasonable at 2 am. I did speak to the nmanager at checkout about this. When my son went to get breakfast a large family had entirely taken over the breakfast area. They had ALL their luggage in the area and the barefoot mother was not supervising her barefoot children. We did speak to the manager about that; we would expect staff to help watch the breakfast area, so ALL guests can use it.
