You`ll have full and private access to the entire guesthouse and its amenities, including your own entrance and a completely separate interior.

The guesthouse is connected to the main house via a shared driveway and a garage wall. Each home maintains complete privacy with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces.

For your convenience, one designated driveway parking spot is available, located directly Infront of guesthouse (Unit B). The two remaining driveway spots are reserved for the main house.

Our home is conveniently located near I-80. We`ve done our best to make the inside as peaceful as possible, but some ambient sound and traffic noise from the highway is to be expected.
This is a no-pet property. If an animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged if animal waste is not properly picked up and disposed of.

No illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs are permitted on the property.

Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in any illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.

Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement
