There is nothing great about the hotel. Air conditioning didn’t work and it’s 95 degrees, no fan in the bathroom so after you shower the bathroom is full of steam for about 30min. Will not be returning and will try another location for my next trip.

One of the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Entering the room, there was no toilet paper. It took a long time to get the items requested from room service. The Rosie Cafe took an hour plus to receive food. A lot of people dining in at the restaurant walked off without paying due to the lack of customer service and management. In the casino area, we had to go to the bar to receive drinks and let the bartender know the servers on the floor were not servicing everyone. Lack of employees at the time of an event going on throughout the hotel and casino.

The valet took about 40 mins. or more locating our car. on the first night which made us late for an event. They couldn't find it. At checkout the wait for valet to bring the car took an hour. I found false eyelash on the bed sheets the first night so we used our own blanket, also there was no toilet paper for four women. I called for services but the phone call went unanswered.

The check in was fine, however there is a resort fee of 54 dollars upon check and a 100 deposit. The rooms had great AC and black out shades, beds were comfortable. But the bathtub did not have a plastic shower curtain which cause the cloth shower curtain to soak up and drip water outside the tub which could make it easy for someone to slip and fall. The dining options were limited...not many small eats available when you get back from a night out. The valet to depart was a 1 hour and 20 minute wait which may have been avoided if I checked out early, but it should not have taken that long either way.

Bathroom stunk I requested a cleaning. No one came for two days. The toilets barely flushed. The air conditioner didn’t work or if it did, it was terrible. Some of the employees were rude. I will say that the guy who took care of me was Cool when I checked out, I think his name was Ryan
