Great Customer Service Shadowed by Poor Cleanlines

Staff are great! I had no issues with customer service. But this hotel needs some serious TLC. We’ve been coming here for 20 years. This time there was trash in the elevators, the floors were dirty, and the inside of the elevators were vandalized. I don’t expect 5 star resort but I’ve seen better cleanliness & upkeep at a “cheaper” hotels.

Everything was reall good, BUT the front desk at the time of your check-in does not let you know that housekeeping services is not provided during your stay to keep your room, beds, bathroom clean, towels clean and dry or at least take out the trash,you have to ask for that service and we do not know if it is an extra charge.

I was not very happy with the customer service I received at any point of my stay from any of the employees of the nugget from the rude bartender to the negligent front desk to the verbatim policy speaker in management. The only customer service I received that was good and acceptable was the maintenance man that came and fixed the lock on my door so I could get in my room

Bad place to stay

The management do not know their jobs. Checked in at the nugget in Reno. Nevada and upgraded it to a suite. I was told it was only a little over four hundred dollars more than what i've already paid. The next day I left and I came back and they told me, I owe them over a thousand dollars.Move me out into a different room at eleven thirty at night. They try to take money out of my account in the middle of the night without my permission. A total of 7 times they did that. I was told because I owed them money even though I just spent over eighteen hundred dollars there. Room service is a joke. They literally put the dirty towels back and into the spots where they go. And if you're a guest staying there and you valet, it's ten dollars a day, which to me is ridiculous.If you're going to be there, as long as I was, I was there.Almost two weeks. Now, the valley itself was the best service.They were all very nice.
