The room was good, pool and hot tub were fine, workout room was nice and I used it every day, convenient parking. You just walk over the bridge from the garage and you’re right in the hub of things. The prime rib and omelette were great and Rosie’s and the burger and onion rings were very good from the island Grill. Went to the mystique magic and illusion show, and it was high energy with beautiful, dancing girls and assistant. Went to the candlelight string quartet featuring the music of Queen and The Beatles. It was a very good value for the price.

Room was not clean, faucet leaked. Room was suppose to be non smoking, it smelled so bad of smoke. Elevators took forever to arrive. Was not pleased with this stay.

Bathroom was dirty. No microwave Staff was extremely rude. Rosie's needs to find employees that want to work in customer service. It should not take 3 non English speaking employees to get access to our safe. And it should not have wasted 2 hours of OUR time. No access to cash and employees were not helpful on an alternate plan to obtain any. Bathroom needs ventilation. Otis should do maintenance on their elevators. Better maps to property. STOP JAMMING PHONE SERVICE SND INTERNET. IF THERE ARE CRIME SCENES AND DEAD BODIES THAT CAN BE SEEN FROM WINDOW THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD NOT ACT IGNORANT TO THE FACT. THE SAFETY WAS NOT EVEN A CONSIDERATION TO security at the Nugget!! Instead they send a housekeeper to tell us that THEY have been watching US on cameras and we need to go to our room. We felt unsafe to get back to our room because we saw some questionable behaviour and had to men following me and my 10yr old granddaughter around on main floor. Totally Unacceptable. Rosie's needs to NOT include long hair in their recipes and hash browns. Perhaps some training classes on how to deal with drunk patrons may contribute to employee attitude improvement. The 24hr arvade was a great amenity and was a lot of fun for nightlife of non drinkers, kids, and non gamblers of ALL AGES. GREAT NIGHTTIME VIEW MINUS THE BODIES ON SIDEWALK.

Room was ok, food was lousy. All night they had banging with construction or whatever they were doing. Tried to ask for any amenities they didn’t really have time for that. Was our anniversary and triying to get anything sent to the room was impossible. They told us goto the gift shop. Will never stay at this “resort” again.
