The Property

The holiday apartment in the Franconian country house style was completely renovated in 2021. Particular emphasis was placed on the use of untreated precious woods. The breathable sandstone walls of the historic building ensure a very pleasant indoor climate in both the cold and warm seasons.

The apartment has its own entrance with a terrace, courtyard and parking facilities. In the kitchen there is a second patio door with direct access to the garden. Total living space is 73 square meters. All rooms have WiFi and are accessible via sliding doors.

The bathroom (9 sqm) is equipped with a large shower and two direct access doors to the bedroom and the hallway.

A living room (21 sqm) with dining table, TV, armchair and fold-out sofa bed for two additional guests. There is a fireplace in the living room, which provides additional living atmosphere and comfort.

The kitchen (10 sqm) is accessible through a sliding door from the living room
and equipped with all everyday appliances (stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, rice cooker, kettle). There is a second extendable dining table here, which can also be set up in the living room for a larger dinner with additional guests.

A separate cot is available for babies and small children.



Wine lovers can choose from an extensive range of wines in the in-house wine shop. Here you will be happy to receive personal advice and receive the right wine for your evening enjoyment right next to your own front door. Private wine tastings are also possible upon request for groups of 4 or more.

There is a herb garden in the courtyard where fresh herbs can be cut directly for teas or cooking.

Behind the residential building there is a large garden with an orchard, which is directly accessible via the terrace door in the kitchen and invites you to relax. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and offers play options for children if required. At the end of the southern slope of the orchard there is a bench with a table, from there you can enjoy the romantic view over the Baunachtal.
