There was confusion during check-in as the rental agency did not update the packet/keys with my information and the concierge did not know what to do. I had to call the billing department to confirm there was not a payment issue and that is how it was discovered that the previous renter information was left on the packet/keys that should have had my information updated. Not a huge problem, but did delay my dinner by approximately 1.5 hour which was rather inconvenient.

These owners are just in it for the money. For the past year, I have stayed at this place at least eight times. Back in November, the residence's balcony was missing, and it had a plexiglass cover, so it could not be entered. This made me realize that the building's basic maintenance was awful. However, I looked at it as a building issue... so I booked again. This past visit, I had a family death, and they would not accommodate me by moving my stay to a week later. It would have benefited them, as my stay was longer, so more money in their pockets. They have lost my business and that of the people who work for me.

Great alternative to local hotels

Stayed for 2 week work trip. Condo was very nicely appointed, bed and pillows were great. It was an older unit and showed its age, but was a very comfortable place to stay for a long trip. Great location too. Will stay there again.
