The settlement got its name from a young man who, by playing the Cretan lyra on a rock (called "petra" or "charaki" in the Cretan dialect), was alerting residents of approaching invaders. Our villas name combines the Cretan Lyra and the local stone, capturing the historical and natural charm of the location.

Constructed using Cretan stone excavated from the exact site where the villa stands and complemented by wood elements, it creates a unique and enchanting atmosphere.
