The space
The Residence
The residence is recently (2023) renovated and offers from its balconies panoramic views of the pool, the private garden, the olive grove of Platanias(municipality of Rethymno) and the sea, ideal conditions for relaxation. It provides all the necessary amenities.
It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people in beds. Under certain conditions and upon request, it can accommodate a 5th person on the sofa in the living room.
The surrounding area has all the necessary for dining, entertainment and shopping on foot range

Exterior
Built on a plot of 4000 m², the outdoor area of Olive Garden Residence 1 is surrounded by green fencing, an olive grove and fruit trees. It also features a covered and illuminated area with a Ping-Pong table.
A private ecological swimming pool that runs on salt (no chloride) makes it an ideal place to relax all day long. Its size is 4 x 8 m with a depth of 1,50m.
The guests can enjoy the two furnished balconies overlooking the pool area and the sea.
Internal.
The residence is 60 sqm, has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other one has two single beds or one king size bed. All beds have anatomical mattresses that will give you a comfortable and unforgettable sleep.
