Eros Villa is a convenient three bedroom villa ideal for family vacation, nature activities and calm away from everything, but at the same time, being near to Rethymno town and the beach. Entering Eros Villa you will find an open plan living area that offers direct access to the pool terrace, with a living room and an open fireplace, as well as a practical and fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The ground floor includes a twin bedroom and a bathroom, while a few stairs upwards there are the two remaining bedrooms of the villa with a balcony, and a family bathroom.

Cool and shady inside, outside there is a lovely pergola with BBQ and pool terrace opened to amazing views, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, offering ample opportunity for all day long to sunbathing and relaxing. The kid’s playground and kid’s pool are great to keep the little members of the family entertained, while you can finally unwind sitting with your favorite book, after spending a busy day on the beaches and colorful backstreets of Rethymno’s Old Town.

Eros Villa is set at a privileged spot of Agia Triada, a serene village perched on a hillside on North Crete with an unlimited and a panoramic view of the Cretan sea, about 10 km from the old historical town of Rethymno and 3 km from the nearest sandy beach of Adele (Adelianos Kampos). Near the villa you can find grocery shop, coffee shop and bakery. Eros Villa is part of “Agios Antonios Villa Complex”, built in tranquil area full of olive groves, near the historic Arkadi Monastery and the ancient city of Eletherna and Museum. The homonymous Agios Antonios Gorge (or Patsou Gorge) starts just 800 meters away, with its water gathered in the picturestque wetland of Potami, located at the foot of Psiloritis Mountain (Ida). The Venetian Harbour of Rethymno, is the ideal place to enjoy fresh fish; Platia Tavern belongs to the villa owner and stand out for the delicious local recipes, such as the famous ntakos salad and apaki.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace.

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done once a week.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

10. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

11. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants. Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
