This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers, bean bag chairs and Bali bed before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal BBQ) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area - which also offers a 55” Smart TV. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Offering 350m² indoor space and bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts five bedrooms & five en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated in the two sofa beds (one double & one semi-double) upon request, located on the lower floor of the Villa. The maximum capacity is 12 guests.

The lower floor of the villa is only accessible through an internal staircase and boasts a wonderfully designed living room area, lightened up with natural light from the window and featuring a 32’’ Smart TV and Play Station 4 - with 2 controllers and games. As mentioned above, two extra guests can be accommodated upon request - at the two sofa beds (one double & one semi-double). There is also a bathroom with shower cabin available on this floor.



*Kindly note that the single beds cannot be separated, however could be made up as two single beds (or as Queen/King Size beds) upon request.

Your Home Stay Includes

Sorin Villa is settled in the outskirts of Rethymno Town, within less than 10 minutes driving from the heart of the city centre and Venetian old town. As the Villa is located really close to Atsipopoulo Village, you will find anything you may need during your stay within walking distance, making it an ideal holiday choice for a car free holiday break.

Signature local taverna, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, ATM machine, butcher's shops and anything else you may need are all within walking distance from the villa. Regular bus itineraries are also available, that connect you to Rethymno city and to any where else you wish to go in Crete. There are wonderful villages around the area to explore and iconic paths that you can conquer and it is an ideal destination for visitors who wish to explore the rich cultural heritage and the natural beauties of Crete.
