Relax here in complete peace and quiet in the middle of beautiful nature!

Villa Tara was built from natural stone and has 70 cm thick outer walls that offer a unique living comfort! Cool in summer and warm in the colder season. All windows and doors are fitted with fly screens. The bedrooms can be completely darkened.

In the morning, you will be greeted by the sun, cheerful birdsong and, when you look outside, the many beautiful colors of the island. You can see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri peninsula and look out over the Aegean Sea - simply a magnificent panorama! Relax by your private pool of over 40 square meters.

The 125 square meter villa is divided into two levels, which are connected by a large, wide staircase with 5 steps and a beautiful arch. The magnificent view can be enjoyed from the entire villa.

The spacious living and dining area and high-quality fitted kitchen make up the first level.

The two bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bathroom in the second bedroom is right next door.

Both daylight bathrooms each have a large, walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet.

For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked period is included.

Outside, the beautiful large pool and the large terrace with a shady pergola await you.

The brick outdoor grill is ready for your grilling skills and the carport provides shade for your car.

The villa stands on a plot of over 2,000 square meters and the garden area is designed in Mediterranean style.

The pool is not in use from December to the end of March.

The length of stay from December 1st to March 31st is at least 28 nights. During this time, no intermediate cleaning is included.

The length of stay from April 1st to May 21st is at least 7 nights.

From May 1st to November 6th, all additional costs are included in the rental price.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

Rethymnon en toute quietude

Très bel endroit, haut perché du côté d’Atsipopoulo au dessus de Rethymnon. Le plus remarquable c’est la quiétude de ce spot “flamboyant” pour ses couchers de soleil. Il y règne une atmosphère de silence presque de poésie et de méditation! La villa est parfaite tout comme la piscine.. tout est parfait a l’intérieur avec cette grande chambre parentale et la deuxième est bien également avec une salle d’eau séparée. La villa est de qualité +++ des murs épais de 70cm qui ne laisse pas la chaleur rentrer! Belles finitions …et tout absolument tout est fourni! Peut-être le seul bémol c’est le chemin d’accès à la villa qui est goudronné sauf les derniers 100 m en côte qui est un chemin non terminé, très caillouteux et avec des ornières… conclusion : un magnifique spot très apaisant au coucher de soleil flamboyant ( nous y étions en septembre 2022) . Les propriétaires qui sont Allemands sont extrêmement aux petits soins des vacanciers.. cher Josef, il faudra refaire le chemin ( en partie bétonné) et.. on reviendra c’est certain…quietude et très belle villa sont les mots d’ordre ! Bon séjour à vous.

The house was amazing and Joseph & Helga were In touch the whole time. Before arriving in Crete, during and after. We had a perfect stay. I would suggest car hire as the taxis don’t seem to like the road leading up to the villa. We had several issues with this but it was the taxi and nothing to do with the villa, to be clear! The villa was unreal. Peaceful and away from everything. Stone BBQ in the garden, comfy bed, lovely bathrooms! Perfectly equipped

wunderschöne Lage

Die Tara ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Weit oben am Berg genießt man neben der Ruhe und Stille, eine tolle Aussicht über das ganze Land bis weit übers Meer. Auch die Sicht zu dem Weißen Bergen ist sensationell. Das Haus mit seiner gehobenen Ausstattung macht schon bei der Ankunft Freude und man freut sich auf die weiteren Tage. Wie immer bei diesem Gastgeber wird man als Gast persönlich begrüßt. Damit wird die hervorragende Vorbereitung auf diesen Urlaub vom Gastgeber weiter fortgeführt. Der Ordner im Haus gibt Aufschluss über Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Attraktionen und Restaurants. Und mit ein bisschen Pioniergeist wird der Aufenthalt vor Ort sicher zum absoluten Highlight.

Der Urlaub in der Villa TARA ließ keine Wünsche offen Sehr gepflegtes Haus, traumhafter Pool, atemberaubender Blick und eine unglaubliche Ruhe. Wir fanden in der Villa alle Informationen, die für einen Urlaub wichtig sind - tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen , Strandempfehlung etc... Die Erwartungen, die wir durch die Bilder hatten, wurden nochmals übertroffen - das ist da wirklich so schön Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und bedanken uns bei den Beibls für die sehr guten Tipps und die Möglichkeit hier Urlaub machen zu dürfen, Wir kommen wieder!

Wir kennen die Villen der Beibls ja mittlerweile. Die Wirklichkeit ist noch besser als die Fotos und Beschreibungen. Super Lage und super Ausstattung. Pool und Garten sehr gut. Die Villen sind sauber und gepflegt. Bei Fragen ist das kretafan-team immer hilfsbereit. Nach Prines, Atsipopoulou und Rethymnon ist es nur ein Katzensprung in die Tavernas und zum Einkaufen. Rethymnon ist mit der Altsstadt immer einen Besuch wert. Wir waren dieses Jahr schon einmal hier und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Lena und Passi

Traumhafter Blick über die Landschaft auf das blaue Meer. Sehr gute Aussattung , wunderschönes Ambiente - hier fehlt es an nichts! Großer Pool mit Blick auf die Badebucht. Deutsche Gästebetreuung, wie sie besser nicht sein kann. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Mehr Urlaub geht nicht.
