The space
Immerse yourself in the calmness and relaxing environment of this sea-view villa, perfectly designed for enjoyable holidays, while located in the area of Petres and only 200 meters from a local restaurant and the sandy beach of Petres. In the same time, the picture-square city of Rethymno is only 15 minutes driving. Spend your days with breathtaking views, be sure to catch the sunsets and feel refreshed at the swimming pool at hot days.

Designed in different levels for ensuring the best view from each point of the house, this villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can host up to 8 persons. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and living room with unlimited view is here to secure you can benefit from it all without restrictions.

This Seaview holiday home has a strategic location, as it is in a center point of the island, securing easy access from both airports of Chania (60 kilometers) and Heraklion (80 kilometers), 200m walking to restaurant and local beach, short driving of 10 minutes to local amenities (supermarket, groceries etc) and a good start-point for discovering most part of the island. In more details, our home locates at the area of Petres, 15 minutes driving from the city of Rethymno and about 40 minutes from the city of Chania. The closest local services (supermarket, groceries etc) are in the area of the interchange of Atsipopoulo (10 min driving), when the closest beaches of Petres and Episkopi are right on your foot and accessible also by walking to them. In addition, south part of Rethymno with spectacular beaches are easily accessible (1 hour drive), as well as the city of Heraklion (1 hour and 10 minutes driving)



External space
Be sure you get the most of the beauty and facilities of this luxury residence set in a 5000 m2 outdoor area. Start with a refreshing dip in the outdoor 40m2 private swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing days under the sun. Exterior shower also available next to the pool. BBQ facilities are available at the front area of the house, when the front balcony secures enough dining area for dinners and lunches with breathtaking views.

Internal space
The architecture design of the house combines the traditional character of the island with the luxury of a modern house. The two basic materials used, stone and wood, keeps the history of Crete alive, while keeping the interior conditions fresh and cool in even the hottest days of summer. And one of the most amazing features of the house is that it gives you the chance to enjoy the spectacular view while being at any part of the house.

While getting inside the house from the main door, you will be welcomed by the living room with a big sofa, two convenient armchairs and a 40” Smart TV. Next to the living room there is direct access to the downstairs bathroom with shower and also the only downstairs bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the pool. With two small steps you are getting from living room to the dining room, which has a big table and chairs for 8 people. Next to the dining room you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to the front balcony of the house, where lunches and dinners will remain unforgettable to you.

The upstairs space contains the 3 rest bedrooms and the bigger bathroom with bath tub. The master bedroom with a double bed locates in the tallest point of the house and features a private balcony and of course unlimited Seaview. The second bedroom consists of a single bed, where the third one is ideal for families with small child as it consists of a single bed and a double bed which locates on the attic of the bedroom. The two bedrooms share a balcony with view to both pool and sea.

Facilities
The house is equipped with all modern facilities that will make your stay convenient. Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine (capsules), Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, Mosquito nets, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, Air-condition devices are included in all bedrooms and in the living space (heating purpose also). Bath and pool towels are also provided.
