Very good remodel update. Comfortable room although small- they made good use of the space and upgraded the amenities to compensate. Very good. Also good common area amenities to add to the feel of the hotel- even if you don’t use them. We did!

I booked a room from them @ around 10pm, got there at 11:15pm. No one was there said call the number so I did. No one answered. Then when someone did answer I was mad and they hung up on my. Did. It get to use the room I booked. Horrible service and experience. Will never recommend this hotel or hotel chain.

This hotel was fully renovated and felt “fresh”!! Everything felt clean and new, the staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful, and the entrance had a beautiful open fireplace to lounge in and sip drinks, if necessary! It is definitely on my list when visiting Revelstoke in the future!

It’s a motel so just know you won’t get daily service. Also, their front desk is also part of the restaurant. The result? Multi tasking staff and slow service; guests checking in/out and complaining at times when right next to your table as you try to eat dinner.
