Very clean and warm hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just 15 minutes walk to town centre. Breakfast choice limited. Would stay at this hotel again.

A clean, quite nice, a bit oldish hotel with basic breakfast. My standard room was like in the pictures, but did not have a fridge. The hotel suites well for budget travellers. The hotel is not located in the very, very center of the Reykjavik, but I actually liked to walk to the Hallgrimskirkja etc. and to Reykjavik Terminal Skógarhlíð 10, where one of the major bus shuttle companies to Keflavik International Airport is located. Pls notice that the International airport is some 45 kilometers from Reykjavik, the airport near the Reykjavik center is for domestic flights. The pick-up services to the hotel worked well, too, when I went to Iceland excursions. Pls note that some pick-ups happen in the front of the hotel, and some pick-ups at a common point in nearby.
