Villa Althea - Private Heated Pool, WiFi and AC

Villa Althea, is situated in Pefkos, Near Lindos only 150m from the beach and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one EXTRA room that could be used as a single room and one WC. It provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate 4-5 persons.

The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. A fire place makes a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a TV set with satellite, and air conditioners, the use of which are included in the price. The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, , oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker , coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. You will also find an iron and ironing board.

The villa has two double bedrooms with twin hotelier style beds that can be pushed together making a king size double , when asked. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The villa has one bathroom with double shower rooms and one WC decorated with marble. In addition, there is a playroom/ store room, semi underground, same level with the living room, that can also be used as single guests room, if more bedrooms are requested.

The villa has a private heated pool, with mosaic tiles and hydro massage jets that makes it a unique experience for your summer holiday. There are also sunbeds and garden furniture . Lighting and the surroundings give an extra romantic atmosphere. At the back side of the villa , there is a small cave to explore.
