Booked Three weeks ago for a king room w/ roll in shower. On day of arrival got a call from hotel stating no room was available on 1st floor only on 2nd. No problem and let them know I was traveling with a dog. Upon check in my room was $242 and I was like my booking shows room was $117 plus $50 dog fee and$25 hotel fee which is only $192 total. After looking into it they found they were charging me for something else. Problem solved until I got to my room and found out it was 2 full size beds not a king room but after a long day of traveling I was just happy it had roll in shower. Shower had no water pressure and no hot water had to take a cold/warm shower and it was 26 degrees outside. With it having a safety bench in shower it was not very safe it was loose and not properly secured in shower which is a huge safety issue.Upon checking out I expressed all of the above and front girl was like okay whatever while what seemed to be a manager sitting in corner on her phone not even paying attention to what was going on. Overall this hotel was a horrible stay and would not recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.

Customer service was 10/10! We were in town for a field hockey tournament, and when our daughter was injured and we needed to head home, Expedia was amazing and quickly refunded our money since we could not stay. Unfortunately, the room appeared to have been cleaned in a rush. It was very hot, and the air-conditioning unit did not seem to be working. We considered contacting the front desk, but we knew it would likely require waiting for the room to be cleaned again or moving to another room, and we were exhausted. The next day, I intended to inform the front desk about the unit and the condition of the room, but we were in a rush to get our daughter to the doctor. I appreciated the customer service and the kindness of the front desk staff, but I would not stay here again.

Excellent all the way around - accomodations and staff! The guests in the room above me sounded like they were continuously moving furniture around and stomping on the floor, but that's not related to the accomadations. I even saw signs in the elevator regarding a noise policy, so it was on me to call the front desk and I didn't.

The best part of staying here was the warm and wonderful welcome we received from Frankie. Frankie was so accommodating all evening. The place was clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Checkout was so, so. The woman who checked us out was lacking in friendliness. Overall I would stay there again. Just be aware that the pet fee is $50 a night, but that is still less than most places.
