Hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Room was clean and nice looking. Wish the pool had been open though. And i was put on the second floor. Having my pup with me, it would have been nice to have a 1st floor room but was still an all around nice stay!

Do not recommend.

We only stayed one night . The closet door was off the hinges. They had lotion in the shower instead of body wash and when I complained about the shampoo cap not being removed I was ignored . There were ants in the room by the refrigerator and stains in the floor. The room itself smelled like trash and dirty sex. Bed sheets were not fresh. We stayed one night and they did not send a receipt.

Unfortunately during our stay we were met with an ant problem in our room. There were dozens of tiny ants on the nightstand and they invaded everything we set down. It made me feel uncomfortable and itchy!

The area for breakfast was hot and fruit wasn't provided. The fire alarm went off twice, each time a false alarm. People was always gathered around the entrance door. No hooks in the bathroom for towels. We came for daughter AIT graduation, location was good.

We were there for an Army graduation, Frank Patel was very friendly and helpful also the lady on the breakfast room and house keeping. We went some time ago to the Valdosta, Ga., hotel and have a great experience. So 👏👏; and blessings 🙏

What I loved about the hotel was how clean the bathroom was. The beds were very comfortable. We also tried the pizza in the hotel, was delicious. If you want to go see your daughter or son in the army, the base is 5 minutes away. it was very convenience
