The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am in the morning waking up the entire hotel. I wanted some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and got simply weak excuses upon check out at the front desk. Unacceptable!

Okay stay

The stay was ok except for the front desk assigning my room to another guest and they just walked in since their key worked. Also had a visit from the front desk when I was in the shower and because I couldn’t answer the door they proceeded to swipe their key and try and enter my room. Thankfully I had the deadbolt on.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for 25 minutes. i evacuated the room, for the manager to say it happens frequently. wish i had known, i would have stayed somewhere else. would not recommend to anyone who wants a full night sleep.
