The the house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and cooking utensils and a few items we forgot. We enjoyed the pool.

Pool was dirty there were nasty sheets on the beds the fridge had old food in it and the toilet had bloody tampons in it also there were pee on all the toilet seats

The house is in a good location for our needs. It was safe and had good nearby amenities. The house itself was clean but is in need of repairs thru out. Several items are broken and the house is infested with gnats. The management company did call out an exterminator for the gnats but they were still a major problem. We could not keep any food out on the counters because it was so bad. The towel rack in the master bath came off the wall when trying to hang up a towel. The hand towel holder in the guest bathroom is barely hanging in the wall. The beds were comfortable but the bunk beds squeak anytime you move and it makes it really hard to sleep. The towels all need to be replaced they are old and stained and one of the ones I opened had holes in it. The pool in the back yard was great but most of the toys there are broken including the basketball hoop. The outdoor kitchen is also missing several tiles around the countertop. Overall the house was ok but I don’t think we would stay there again.

Adorable, cozy house

We had a really nice stay at this home. It's done up very cute inside and was very clean. Everything was as the host described. The tubs and outside could use a little TLC, but overall we had a nice stay and we go again.

Worked out great for us . Daughter lives in Pecan Grove . We had family in for Family Christmas! Just needed extra rooms . Family is growing!! 3 Children with spouses and 7 grandkids!!

Wedding time

This rental is well taken care of from the outside in. People can be very rough on rentals so it can be difficult to keep it up. The kitchen is very well equipped with what you need for cooking, eating and drinking. Even though the pool was very cold due to cold evenings we did jump in a couple times. The pool guy came at least once to clean which was nice. The TV's in every room was great and nice size in the family room and main bedroom. We used the charcoal grill a couple times. The gas grill was not working at the time but the owners let us know ahead of time. They communicated very well and reminded us when to put the garbage out and what to do before we left the rental. Other family members rented a different house and it was in bad shape. We feel very fortunate that we didn't have that experience! Thank you for the great stay!

Family trip

Upon arrival, all the garbage cans in the backyard were full and trash was spread out in the yard from what appeared to be an animal that had gotten to it. I messaged about this and did receive a response within a timely manner. I was told someone would come that night to pick up the garbage in the yard and empty the cans. Someone came and took one entire garbage can, left the other can but did not empty the garbage out of it, and did not pick up the trash in the yard. I contacted the manager again to update him that one garbage can was taken, one left untouched with garbage still in it and no one picked up the trash in the yard. Someone came the next day and emptied the one remaining can on the curb. No one ever came to pick up the trash in the yard. I finally ended up picking that up myself as the smell and bugs it was attracting was terrible. So disposing of garbage was an issue our entire stay as there was no where for us to put it. I’m not sure how that was missed by cleaners and not addressed prior to our check in. The pool toys were spread all over the yard. There had been storms however it appeared the pool area had not been picked up or cleaned. The pictures online do not represent the current furniture or settings of the home.

Overall great stay!!

It was a great time. The house everything it sayed it was. House was clean pool was clean. There was a pair of underwear and a eye lash that was left by pool area. That be the only thing i say but overall a great place and location and would definitely book again.

Clean, Comfortable, Reserve It!

I’m happy and glad I stayed here. From the private backyard to the clean home and comfy bed - it was perfect for my stay. The host communicated superbly and I will book this again on my next visit.
