The Space:
This lovely duplex house is very spacious and cozy which including upstairs unit and downstair unit. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 14 people.
The whole house comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens,2 separate backyards, 2 separate entrances. Additionally, there is a connection door in between as your needs.
Upstairs :
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv.
⭐Bedroom2: 1 comfortable queen bed and 1 twin bed and with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dining room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐private patio: enjoy outdoor fresh air and family/friend time.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.

Downstairs:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two shared living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and the backyard with a fire pit. The laundry room in the basement is a shared space, accessible to guests and our cleaning service.

You're just a short drive from the vibrant Carytown (about a 3-minute drive), known for its eclectic shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere. Foodies will love the diverse dining options in Carytown, ranging from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. For art and culture enthusiasts, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is only a 4-minute drive away. And if you're looking for outdoor recreation, Maymont Park, with its beautiful gardens and animal exhibits, is an 8-minute drive. Within a few minutes driving you'll also find convenient options like Cookout and Wendy's for quick bites. Our neighborhood is quiet and residential, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action.

Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze from our Richmond retreat! We offer three free parking spaces on-site, conveniently accessed via the alleyway behind the house. Street parking is also readily available. For those preferring public transport, the GRTC bus system has several routes that run nearby, offering easy access to downtown Richmond and other key destinations. While specific bus stop locations and schedules can be found on the GRTC website or app, the nearest stops are generally within a short walk. For air travel, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive, depending on traffic. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area for convenient transportation options.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
