Great stay. The property overall was in great condition. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast selection is varied and the time available was longer than in other hotels. Enjoyed my stay. Easy check in. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. water was hot with good pressure. Appreciated the ice machine. Used the fitness room a bit and had decent equipment. Breakfast was decent. everything was in working condition. Easy to check out.

The property was excellent. We'll stay there again if need to while passing through Richmond. But we won't book via Expedia!! They lost the reservation booking and their website repeatedly failed to bring up the confirmation. Their system got the booking confused with another booking made through them for a week later.
