This is a well-appointed hotel, perfect for work travel, with onsite bar and restaurant options and valet parking. The only inconvenience was the hotel's Starbucks espresso machine was broken (luckily there was another Starbucks in the hotel directly across the street.)

my room door was broken - the hinge was broken - so it made it very difficult to close my door i had to lift it with both hands, i asked to switch rooms when i called and they asked me to call back to check on rooms. i also asked twice for them to refill my body wash which was empty and they never did. my room was only cleaned once upon asking and still didnt get any refills on soaps

The room was clean and nice. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't operate so it stayed hot in there after showers. The pillows while soft and fluffy stayed flat. The staff incorrectly informed me of valet pricing citing a sheet and said $49 for two days. It was per day. Overall a great stay aside from not realizing this was the one Hilton location that didn't included breakfast.

I really love this property. The rooms are nice and large and the bathrooms are a good size. I want to give a special shoutout to Miri who was very kind to procure 4 wine glasses for my room and a deck of cards! I did not give it 5-stars because of a few small things like no wine glasses in the room, no writing pad or pen, and the fact that a bottle of water in the room is $3 (unless you are a member). Staff was great, location is nice, but it's the little things that add up to get a 5-star rating.

Hotel staff was friendly attentive and helpful however our room 343 first appearance was on the shabby side it needs a makeover. The chaise lounge was dirty and worn out. That was not enough lighting in the room. The light on the desk was broken and I requested that they replace it which was done. The sink in the bathroom had mold and mildew around the edge..that is a cleaning issue. I pointed it out to the front desk and it was taken care of however the caulking around the tub both floor and the edging around the tub has mold and mildew build up it needs to be taken up and replaced, that is a maintenance issue. My Parents after their retirement ended up managing a large hotel on the outer Banks of North Carolina. Cleaning and maintenance was a family affair. Otherwise we enjoyed the restaurants and bar Lounge. The Italian restaurant was excellent.

Benjamin the concierge was always helpful with his recommendations which were spot on. However, it was so noisy on the street outside our window we couldn’t sleep and we were on the 5th floor. The shouting, arguing, and yelling went on all night into the early morning. For that reason we would never stay at this location.

Tgis is the 2nd time Ive stayed here in the last 2 months. Both times I was put in a room with no fan in the bathroom. So I kept waking up the person I was with by keeping the door open when I showered.
