We had a great stay at this holiday inn. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Only issue was only one elevator was working so it was a long wait for the elevator. I liked that they had a good variety of breakfast food. Thanks for a great stay

Only 2 elevators 1 was out. The elevator was dirty. There was no way to turn fan off hvac if you unplug unit then there was not heat. The tube did not look clean.

Love how close it was to everything and they were super helpful with anything we needed!! The parking garage is pretty low/short so bigger cars/trucks can’t enter but they had parking right beside for us so no biggie there!

I made the booking from 25th to 28th Feb. Since my flight is arriving on the 26th early morning, i booked the hotel from 25th. By the time I go to hotel, they have canceled my booking with No show and said no more rooms available. I had to walk around finding a hotel with my bags. I already informed hotel through Expedia too that i'm arriving on 26th morning. I lost my money. I will never book this hotel again.

The staff member who checked us in on 2/3 was very helpful. He seemed to care about the hotel guests as he explained very clearly the key policy and how the hotel maintains a secure environment for guests. I wish I had gotten his name. Not only was he competent, but he was friendly and warm.
