Room is called a "suite" but basically only a curtain separates the sofa and bed/s and the kitchen is just part of the entryway to the room. So it's basically a hotel room with a small kitchen and sofa. Also watch the extra fees, $75 for a pet and $10 to park. Not outrageous, but I felt like I was getting nickel & dimed when I already paid a high rate because of an event in the area unrelated to the purpose of my visit.

For starters, as we approached the elevator the huge mat in front of it was filthy. Not a good sign. The dishwasher in the room made beeping noises every two minutes for our entire one-night stay. The woman from the desk came up but she didn’t know what to do. The large window shade was full of holes, unraveling along the edges, unable to be raised in the morning and not long enough to reach the window sill and therefore unable to conceal the lights from the shopping center at night. The breakfast was mediocre. The oatmeal was like cement. On the plus side, the bed was firm and comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the women at the front desk were very sweet.

The room was in good condition but the bathroom had some pink stuff on the shower head that I had to scrub off before showering. There was a wash cloth missing as well. We had to move rooms as there was 2 barking dogs either above or below us. Second room had a stomping giant for hours. Ebony did the best she could to accommodate so the scores woulda been better if the dog rooms weren’t placed near people who didn’t bring dogs. Noise free hours should for dog hours as well.

Clean, spacious, and modern rooms. Most of the staff was nice and helpful. The free breakfast was good with plenty of options. All the amenities you could think of. Convenient location. I would definitely stay again.

Room was great, carpets were super clean, even in the hall and everything smelled fresh. You have to pay $10 a night for parking on a regular lot (not a parking garage), I don't remember seeing this when booking but be prepared. The breakfast was just ok and they were slow to refill items, if they filled them at all. At 0830 most breakfast items were gone and they didn't refill them. Only 1 waffle maker, so if that is your desire, it may be a wait with those with families who are making more than 1 waffle. The staff was nice and check-in was easy as well.
