There were ants all throughout my room. I woke up to them all over the sink and in my things and when I spoke to the front desk about them they said it was a known problem and didn’t seem concerned about them. Said she could offer a portion of my room refunded back , and if that was not satisfactory enough I would have to call on Monday and speak to the Manager.

Granted its a Hyatt Place not a Hyatt, my expectation was a bit let down when i found this out. Overall the stay was nice, location was nice and convenient. The "polish" and craftsmanship of rooms and amenities was not what the typical Hyatt provides, i just had to adjust my expectation.
