The space
The house offers a nice open layout with chic modern furniture. Located in a highly desirable and safe neighborhood. Wood grain floors with stylish rugs throughout. Large back porch to relax on as well. Spacious backyards for small gatherings. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils. There are 3 large themed bedrooms and two full baths. Smart TV's throughout.

You will have the entire home to yourself. A locked closet is located in the master bedroom, other than that the place is yours to enjoy.

First of all the location of this property is very bad. All the surrounding area is run down, businesses are closed and graffiti everywhere. The host did not answer back in a timely manner. I tried to modify my reservation a couple weeks before arriving which is what is says we must do on the vrbo site. That was never resolved. We had issues with the property and when we informed the host, we got no response or resolution. We had a shower that did not work at all, no water came out of the fridge dispenser and there was trash piled up in and around the trash recptical outside. There was a broken chair and other trash in the master closet as well. There were no kitchen towels either. For the most part, the interior of the house looked remodeled and that looked nice. It was just the location that was bad. Thank you.

THis home was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the openness of the living area and the master bedroom. Host was very receptive to questions. There is a drive to downtown but it is still convientient.
