There was a half eaten beef stick in the ice bucket in the room. Lots of Hair on the bathroom floor. Items left all over the pool area and just general lack of upkeep of the area at all.

We usually love SpringHill suites but this one was not very clean. We found hairs around the room and in the towel that I used to shower.

Excellent Stay!!!

This was one of the best experiences that I ever had at a hotel. Ms. Kim was the BEST!! She’s like the Chik Fil A of customer service. The way she greeted us was top tier!!! Thank you Ms. Kim! The hotel was nice as well and breakfast was good. I’m super picky about hotels but this was 10/10!

Tne room was ok but are room was not cleaned until I went to the service desk and ask for it to be cleaned. I ask in the morning if we could get more towels they said ok, At 4:30 when I came back to the hotel and my room had not been touched. I went to the front desk and the lady appologized and said she would have it taken care od ASAP. SOmeone did come up and strighten up the room. I was upset when I walked into the room and it had not been touched. But they did come up and take care of it.

The one bright spot during my stay was the front desk associate, who provided excellent customer service. She was kind, attentive, and did her best to address the issues I encountered. If it weren’t for her professionalism, my rating would be even lower. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, the condition of the hotel itself made for a very unpleasant experience. Major updates are desperately needed.

Room was in great condition except staff should check on the status of items in the room such as the fridge. The small refrigerator was not plugged in and I needed to crawl down, pull it out, and plug it in so that it would work and then push it back into place. My wife uses an injectable medication that needs to be refrigerated when traveling. Other than that, room was great.
