OK but,

Convenient and clean were good points, phone unable to connect from inside, had to open outer door! Heat exchangers were noisy. Shower curtain was situated so that water ran onto the floor rather than stay in the basin! Towels were not exchanged but fortunately we were able to obtain fresh from the afternoon shift hostess who was pleasant and helpful. All in all, it was OK.

Location in Steveston, close and convenient to downtown Richmond, yet in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the busy downtown area. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and sunsets are beautiful. The suite is always well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and responsive.

The property was in a great location close to walkway near water.Many coffee shops in area.Donuts on water excellent.Parking is available on street on certain times 8 to 6 in morning approx.otherwise 25 dollars underground.Not really a typical hotel.Our unit was basically attached by door to another unit.Dog barking not my favourite.Not what we expected from photos 103a faced road.In residential area.Nice boardwalk.Clean,nice beds.

Loved this place! Easy check in with a code, spacious room, full kitchen needs and the bed and duvet very very comfortable. Opened out to the wharf boardwalk and very convenient for charming Stevston BC Will stay again

Our room had a strong horrible smell. We called and were put through to a VM that never called us back. No staff at the desk whenever we were there. We texted and no reply. Other than that and a confusing check in process, the room was nice and the location was awesome.

Clean property, nice rooms, easy(free) street side parking(hours restricted). These are basically small suite/apartments with everything modern and up to date. Would definitely recommend a stay. Price was great as well. My cell service was slow in the area so I do recommend checking in ahead of time and saving your access codes just in case the web portal is being slow.

Didn’t realize this is an A&B style hotel that requires online check in and using a code to open the garage and room door. Once it was figured out, everything is easy. A little bit tricky to understand how to adjust heat vs cool in the thermostat though. During the stay I broke a coffee mug. After checking out, I received a $2.59USD charge for it. Therefore, just keep in mind: don’t break anything during the stay!!!!
