Unenthusiastic staff and left an item in room and had to call 4 times but never able to speak to a manager. Room needed maintenance. Handle falling off shower door and mold in shower. Wall paper peeling in bathroom.

The pool wasn’t clean. The bathroom shower had some rust.
Great place to stay…would’ve given 5 stars but only that the mattresses were not that comfortable felt like was sleeping on a slab of metal. Otherwise very clean and and very friendly.
This is the second Tru stay that we had to wait an hour past 3:00 to check in. If you say check in is at 3:00, then the room should be ready. If I waited an hour past check out, would you be ok with that? It really makes me not want to stay at a Tru hotel again.

I would say almost everything was great besides a lot of the staff don’t speak English and if you talk to them they will ignore you. One even looked me directly in my eyes and laughed at me and walked away. Other than this issues everything was great. Would stay again!!!!
We checked in and our room was hot. The girl at the front desk was very kind and switched us to a new room immediately. We would definitely stay here again!
The woman at the front desk was very friendly and check in was very quick, however that’s the only positive. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty with multiple hairs all through them. The shower had mold growing in the corners and had hair and gooey stuff all over the walls. The sink drain had the stopper pulled out and sitting in the sink full of gunk. And to top it off the air conditioner never got the room below 76. Very disappointing as the hotel looks very nice and new at first glance but the reality was it was very dirty and in need of lots of maintenance.
