Room was good and staffs were nice. However i noticed that some basic amenties IMO was missing. Hair Dryer was not present. We booked the room for 4 but only 2 towels were given. we had to call and go to the front desk to collect it. No coffee mugs/kettle were present which in these days is a default in everyroom. I didnt think i would have to check for these basic amenities while booking the room

It was a good place for a quick overnight. I didn't make use of most of the facilities, but the fridge was large and everything was very clean. The thin walls don't keep sound out from your neighbors, not a problem for me, but if you are a light sleeper, earplugs would be a good investment.

I called early before booking and spoke to Assad. I asked about the address and let him know I would be coming now for early check in, he said that is fine and “see you soon”. Upon arriving they switched up and said they have no rooms available for early check in. I told them I was JUST on the phone and was told to come now. They then refused a refund and kept saying it’s a strict policy, even though they’re the ones who told me to come. Upon simply asking for a refund they laughed in me and my boyfriend’s face (who is a hardworking police officer), and hung up in our face. I’ve already taken this to corporate but this was the worst experience ever. He told me to come and then had nothing for me, I would’ve NEVER booked if he did not say I could come early. Terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional staff. Beautiful hotel with shotty workers. Needs to be looked into and I’m already on it.
