Front desk was friendly. Beds were super comfortable, room was clean , I did have a chip on the floor but that's it. Hotel is new . I wish they would give more towels and wash clothes . I had to ask twice and still did not receive more . Alot of people are staying here long term which causes a lot of people to stand outside which was my only concern .

For a hotel in/near Richmond it's extremely affordable. It's clean, amenities are modest. Being an extended stay hotel makes it different, in that there are many long-term residents more or less making it their home for the time being. Sunday morning at 7 am someone decided to play their radio very loudly which was a bit of a nuisance. For the location and price it's a good deal.

Absolutely horrible experience. Disrespectful staff and management. They use profanity towards me and nothing was done. They would speak ill about other clients and guest that were at the hotel as well as myself. I have never been so disgusted by any hotel chain at this particular location. I will not be coming back to any WoodSprings, but mostly will not be returning or recommending this particular location.

Hopefully this was an One-Off experience

This is a fairly new hotel and close to my home so I will give it another try whenever I have work done to my place but this visit was not good so hoping it was a one off experience. Check-in I will leave for another day but first got to the room and it was freezing cold (and I like cold) so tried many times to adjust the thermostat to no avail. Had to finally just turn it off and roll like that. I later noticed that the shower had no shower curtain but it was late so figured I could adjust when I use it. Most of the plug outlets did not work even after hitting the reset buttons. Went to take a shower in the AM and that is when I noticed I only had one towel, a floor cover but no rags. I am like wow there goes my idea of how to keep the floor dry with no shower curtain. I know it is an extended stay but they need those little do not disturb signs to hang on the door knob because housekeeping banged on the door loud like they were the police. If I knew at the time I had no rags I would have hollered back. I will try this hotel again later just to see if I just got the skipped room.

The room was fantastic. It was like a home feeling. Very spacious and loved having full size refrigerator with freezer. Kroger store right across street to get groceries. Lots of fast food around close to walk too. Will definitely stay there again.
