Holiday Apartment 'Riffl Anna' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Our new, small but charming holiday paradise in Riffian near Merano is just a 10-minute drive from the centre of the spa town Merano, directly on the Passeier cycle path. It is ideally located for exploring the mountains and cycling routes around Merano, Passeier Valley, Vinschgau or the Merano lowlands. If you wish to go shopping in Merano or Bolzano, or in winter go skiing in the family-friendly Meran 2000 ski area, you can reach these destinations quickly from our place. Our apartment Anna (50 m²) offers a balcony with a view of the Hirzer and the Passer river below. It is nestled in greenery on a small farm with some chickens and two rabbits. A bus stop is 5 minutes away on foot, and a supermarket is 500 metres away. Bread delivery service or breakfast basket are available on request.



The newly designed apartment features a well-equipped, small kitchen with coffee machine, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes and all necessary utensils for preparing breakfast or meals. The cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box spring bed. In the living room you will find a table for 4 people, a pull-out sofa (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m), a TV, as well as a modern bathroom with rain shower, towels, shower gel, soap and toilet paper. Free Wi-Fi is available.



In the neighbouring building, we run a small family snack bar/burger grill with a beautiful terrace, children's playground, beach volleyball court with sand, table tennis and table football, as well as an excellent kitchen. The snack bar is open 6 days a week. You are warmly invited to use the sports facilities and playgrounds. Laundry and ironing service are available in the house for a fee.
