Good and cheap hotel

The bura hotel is a very good hotel for a cheap price. The room is modern and clean. There is a plasma television screen with a lot of channels and there is free wireless internet. The staff is very kind and they are doing everything they can for you. A bus stop is a 15 minute walk away from the hotel.

Relaxation at the riverside

Be prepared for a bit of walking! The Bura Hotel is a good 15 minutes' brisk walk from the nearest bus stop - longer the first time if you don't know where you're going. Once you catch the bus or trolley, it's only a short hop over the river into the city centre. But as long as you don't mind the distance, and the cobbles, it's a pretty journey along the ramshackle river edge - quicker, but less pretty along the main road. A taxi back from the city centre if you don't fancy the walk in the dark and the snow cost 5 Lats. The hotel and surrounding neighbourhood were peaceful in February, a lovely place to chill out. And our room had a tremendous view over the river.

Fine rom men dårlig lydisolering

I think the rooms were spacious and clean, good beds. Unluckily we had our room just by the reseption. We could hear everyone who was comming and going pluss noise from the hotelstaff. Bad soundisolation.

Lenger unna byen enn du tror

Hotellet veldig fint, men ligger lenger unna byen enn man skulle tro. Dessuten var området hotellet lå i ganske fraflyttet, og halvslækt.
