Osa henkilökunnasta oli palvelualtista. Yksi henkilö ei osannut käyttää tietokonetta, kun olisimme tarvinnut apua. Ei ollut ilmastointia, oli pakko pitää ikkunaa auki kuumuuden vuoksi. Ikkunan ulkopuolella vilkasliikenteinen katu. Moottoripyörät ja hälyytysajoneuvot ajoivat ympäri vuorokauden, joten uni oli pätkittäistä. Suosittelen, että jakaisivat korvatulppia asiakkaille. Huone oli kyllä siisti. Aamiainen ei sisältynytkään hintaan(tässä huoneessa ) , vaikka mainoksissa näin oli kerrottu.

Good afternoon! Breakfast is never included for Apartments, because they have kitchen included. For other rooms without kitchens, breakfast is included. It is written in your reservation confirmation. Please check!

Sänky oli rikki ensimmäiset kaksi yötä, kunnes he vaihtoivat meille uuden, minkä jälkeen ei ollut ongelmia. Aamiainen oli yksipuolinen ja rasvainen. Respassa puhuttiin tosin sujuvaa englantia, mikä helpotti ongelmien selvittämistä

Thank You for your review! The bed wasn't broken, but because that you decided that you don't like the bed and you removed mattress apart from the bed, it was damaged and we had to replace it.

Perus siisti hotelli jossa majoittuu muutaman yön. Taksipalvelu plussaa ja ainoa miinus ovesta joka oli hieman hankala avata ja sulkea ja se piti lukita itse myös sisältäpäin.

With a small overhaul, the room would be comfortable. water pouring from the shower to the floor of the room must be prevented, causing water damage later

Disappointment

Pros: Please see above.

Location: A pizzeria two blocks away with delicious pizzas!
This guesthouse is supposed to be a 3 star hotel! No way, the only stars were in the sky!! The first depression was the parking place; large and deep holes on the ground. When entering the hotel from the back door (we arrived after the reception hours) the smell was awful, like moisture and mold. The room itself (a studio) was large but the floorboards rumbled (loose at the ends and corners) and the fridge was warm, and no instructions anywhere. The only good thing in the room was the bed which was wide and very comfortable. On the first night there was no water in the bathroom, which was not nice after 800 km of driving! There was no message about that from the management even though it was caused by the road work. The only good thing in this "hotel" was a nice young lady in the reception who gave us a free breakfast on two mornings as a compensation for the lack of shower. The water broke also on the third night when one of us had had a shower, but the other one couldn't have one! The breakfast was rather poor, not at least worth the price.

Fine hotel close to city center

Pros: Hotel was nice.
Cons: Heavier spills could be cleaned more often, like in shower the dust and some dirt.
Location: Great rock club Melna Piekdina, old town is close by and city center is close. Pauls Stradins Medicine History Museum was also close by.
Hotel was nice for the price. Floor was little bit worn and there was some dust, but overall it was clean and cosy little room. Room had fridge and couple power ports, old tube tv, Room service was good and room was cleaned every day. Receptionist was happy and helpful.
