Its a typical Quality Inn. The issue is with the staffs poor communication, i had called ahead and asked about early checkin, told multiple times not a problem just show up. Day of arrival, all of a sudden theres no record of these calls. Unprofessional

I was a bit skeptical as I looked at the hotel from the outside. Upon entering, the hotel was very inviting. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I am not sure if it is custom for Hotels.com reservations to receive a room beside the elevator. That was where my room was. Thankfully, it wasn't noisy.
