Loma talo Surf Town, Rincon

Villa Sofia on loma-asunnot koti sijaitsee surffata kaupungin Rincon, Puerto Rico. Rincon sijaitsee länsipuolella saaren ja on tunnettu sen prime surffausta ja valaiden katselu. Se on noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Aguadilla lentokentältä ja alle 2 tunnin ajomatkan päässä San Juan. Se on erittäin helppo päästä päässä valtatien. 
Itse talo on uusi rakennus aivan lähellä kaupunkia ja noin 2 minuutin ajomatkan useita rantoja. Rakennuksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta, yksi on 2 täysikokoinen vuodepaikkaa ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size vuode. Talo on täysin kalustettu ja on täysin varusteltu kaikki mitä tarvitset olemaan poissa kotoa. Myös pakkaus ja pelata nuorempi lapsi.
Hinnat alkavat 100 dollaria per yö ja ovat neuvoteltavissa pysyy yli 7 päivää.

Myös yksityinen yksiö, joka voidaan vuokrata myös. Tämä huoneistossa on queen-size-vuode, futon-sohva, keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Se on ilmastoitu ja täysin varusteltu. Yöpymishinta on 65 dollaria, mutta pidempään oleskeluun käytettävissä on alennushinta.

Joten tule rentoutua ja nauttia auringosta, hiekasta ja lumous saaren Puerto Rico "La Isla del Encanto." 
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rincónin keskusaukio. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat ja pelihalli/-huone. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Power Outage

Love this place. This time wasnt as grand as last yr. Had poweroutage started just as soon as we landed. Luckily there was a generic generator there. However it was having issues. We received no alerts, notices, or instructions how we go about handling any issues or what we can expect.Relied a lot on the neighbors bc we had made a repor with them the previous year. Look fwd to next yrs stay.

Lovely little blue house

The little blue house was very comfortable,nicely furnished,and a short drive from the town and beaches. We enjoyed views of the green valley and the ocean from the balcony. Our favorite spot was the area by the pool where we sat on comfortable furniture and could also eat at the table. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing/ Relaxing location

I have been to rincon 5/6 times now and this is easily one of the best spots/ locations I have stayed at. Minutes from town and a quick drive away to all beaches, this hideaway spot is located up the hill on the outskirts of town that over looks a beautiful field w no one in site. Relaxing views, great pool, and just what you need inside to make this trip great. Host very easy to contact. I’d stay here again and recommend this to anyone for this price point.

Great stay

Rincon in itself is an incredible well kept secret and the stay at the Pueblo house was very pleasant. Near everything and quiet area. Smooth checkin and checkout. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend it.

Great stay in Rincon

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Sofia. The house was very clean, cozy, comfortable, a nice and very quiet place to rest after a long beach day. It has a beautiful view of sunset and starry nights, has a nice balcony with chairs and a deck to hangout or enjoy a grill. The house is located in a hill near of town in the dead road. It is very well equipped with all the amenities, towels (bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels), clean bed linens, pillows, etc. The bathroom came equipped with all that is needed clean towels, shampoo and soap and other toiletries. Has a well equipped kitchen. Definitely you must have a car because there is nothing within walking distance, but is near to town (3 minutes from house to downtown), beach, restaurants, supermarkets (Econo Supermarket and Famcoop Supermarket 5 minutes from house), bakery. Great location for day trips on the west coast, to visits Mayaguez, Aguada, Cabo Rojo, and enjoy travel around beaches and explore local restaurants. Have a lot places to visit in Rincon, we recommend to visit Ricomini Bakery, you will find a great coffee, breakfast, pastries, variety of sandwiches and other things (but Rincón has others local bakeries), also visit Capriccio Trattoria a restaurant in downtown, make reservations; Cowboys (Road 115 Km 11.6 Interior), Gonzalez Sea Food in Mayaguez, and El Rey de los Monchis Rest. in Cabo Rojo (Road 101 Km. 16.5 Boqueron). Villa Sofia is more beautiful than the photos shows, it is decorated nicely and the windows have curtains that go very well with the decoration, bring a fresh and completely renovated style. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and has air conditioned, also has A/C in living room. We had a nice and comfortable stay. Zenaida the caretaker of the house was very friendly and helpful. Lila responded soon my doubts and messages. We recommended Villa Sofia and definitely we return to stay again soon! Thank you Lila & Zenaida for great stay!! Best regards, Evelyn, Javier & Kiara :)

A Perfect Place in Paradise

A beautiful villa located just outside of town with a gorgeous view of the sunset and the sea. The property was spotless, and check-in/out was a breeze. My daughter and I felt right at home. This was our third summer vacationing in PR, and we stayed at this villa all three times. And we will be back again before too long.

Loved Villa Sofia!

The house was in a great location. Close to downtown Rincon, but just up the hill a couple minutes, where we had awesome views of the hills, ocean, and Desecheo. It was quiet and felt private, but so handy to go to town and beaches, etc. The house was clean and spacious. David, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Lila, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend staying here, and would do so again ourselves.

An amazing vacation villa!

We had a wonderful experience at Villa Sofia and are grateful for the world it opened up to us in Rincón and the island of Puerto Rico! We were able to check into the villa about an hour early, which was very helpful. The place sparkled and the view is incredible. It’s located just a few minutes from town and our favorite Rincón beach, yet slightly off the beaten path. It is quiet and peaceful with quick and easy access to restaurants and beaches. This was our second trip to Puerto Rico and to Villa Sofia, and we look forward to coming back to both again.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay in Rincón and at Villa Sofia. The property manager, David, met us at the Property promptly at the 4pm check-in time and acquainted us with all its features. He and his wife were very warm, open, and welcoming. The villa is like brand-new; it was modern and clean and had absolutly everything we needed from wifi toma washer and drier. The wrap-around veranda overlooks a lush little valley and views of the sea beyond. It was cozy, quiet, safe, modern, a little off-the-beaten-path, and completely perfect. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Mother's Day Weekend

My family and I enjoyed very much the stay at Vacation house in Surf town Rincon. It is closer to Rincon Center than we thought. It was very easy to find. The place was very clean and Zinaida and David were waiting for us when we arrived. It has a nice view to Desecheo Island and the sunsets are spectacular. The long balcony is ideal to sit and have breakfast in the morning and great to watch the sunsets in the evening. We visit Rincon often and will consider this property again in the near future.

Clean! Great place to watch the sunset!

This please was great! I liked everything about it. The only downside is finding it the first time. They do fix this problem by having either themselves or the caretaker to meet you and show you the way. After the first time, it not to bad to find. Just mark it on your GPS.

Quiet, Peaceful, clean and close to Town

Myself, my wife and our two adult children had a great time in this two bedroom home. The AC in the bedrooms provided a great nights sleep. Best part were mornings with coffee on the balcony. It has a nice view with a partial view of the ocean that is quiet and peaceful. It was nice having the open view to look out over. Beach chairs were provided which was a great plus. They were very accommodating with an early check in. For the price this is a great deal!

Winter getaway

Beautiful view and sunsets! Great beaches. A new meat market and fish market at the trolley station lobster and tuna. Can hardly wait for next year!
