Fall asleep to the sound of the waves

The condo was conveniently located just steps from the beach and a short walk to Marina Beach and the town center of Rincon. Fantastic snorkeling right out your door. Quiet complex felt safe and secure. Property Managers were great about communication and were responsive to requests.

We will be back!

Loved our stay!! Cannot wait to go back. And we definitely will!! Location was beyond perfect. We felt very safe and steps to some of the best restaurants. Master bedroom bed was not the most comfortable. Loved that there were beach chairs to use, however they were broken. More kitchen utensils are needed. These small things won't keep us from booking again!

The beach is calling.

We had a very good experience. The beaches in front of the condo were great with the beach to the North and South also very nice. There were a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance. The fence between our patio and the beach was too high as we were on the ground floor.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable!

Our stay at vista Del Mar was lovely. Everything was just the way it was listed. It was clean, quiet and convenient to everything. Right on the ocean! Great restaurants and juice bar within walking distance. A short drive to surfing beaches. Beach chairs, plenty of dishes, laundry, you name it! And the neighbors are so nice and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this stay and hope to be back next year! Thanks for your great communication and everything else.

Paradise

This was a great choice for us! Our son recently moved to Rincon and this was our first visit. We loved being able to walk down to the beach and having access to the pool. Also loved having a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment accessible to us. Everything worked great in the unit (especially the AC). Could have used more silverware (we had two steak knives) and maybe a cookie sheet or something we could have used in the oven. Since that was the only thing needing improvement I would say this was a huge win for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rincon and the condo unit we stayed in, DEL MAR Y SOL, was truly awesome. The place had everything we needed, vantastic location, very clean and terrific location. All this made for a fantastic family Christmas vacation

Great surf spot

This was the perfect place on the beach - right in the midst of the best surfing spots. The condo was perfectly equipped, modern, comfortable, and had a great grill to boot.
