Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible, la atención del personal lo peor; no se respetó la reservación. El personal de manera sumamente grosera ni siquiera quizo recibirnos, dijeron que no había reservación, al decirle que llevábamos la reservación realizada en Expedia, intentaron excusarse diciendo que los de Expedia eran los culpables de lo ocurrido Jamás los recomendaría.
