I would rate my stay **8/10**. The strongest part of this apartment is the location, which is exceptional. It is very convenient to the beach, pharmacies, restaurants, transportation, and everyday necessities. The apartment is nicely decorated, clearly designed for travelers, and has useful amenities including a Nespresso machine, washer, drying rack, good Wi-Fi, plenty of lighting, and effective fans.The unit was generally clean and comfortable, but several details kept it from being excellent. There was a noticeable odor when entering the apartment and a separate, stronger waste/sewer-like odor in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was clean, so this appeared more likely to be a plumbing or ventilation issue. The floors are worn, the older terrace doors could use restoration or replacement, the kitchen window did not fully close, and the handheld bidet wall mount was completely broken. There was also dust on top of the refrigerator and cabinets.Pineapples handled the booking and remote access efficiently, which was especially helpful because my flight was delayed nearly 24 hours. However, the service felt somewhat impersonal. No one checked in during the stay, and the apartment was sparsely provisioned with only two small toilet-paper rolls, no paper towels, and only two hangers.Overall, this is a good apartment in a great location with professional management, but more attention to maintenance, deep cleaning, and small guest details would make it much better.
