The staff are kind and work well. The location is good and the rooms are mostly clean. That's where the positives end. The bed feels like sleeping on concrete. The pillows are equally awful. The ac barely works and is incredibly loud. Sometimes ice builds up and makes an incredibly loud noise when it hits the blower. The included breakfast is ok not great. Ate it twice in ten days. Ervall I wouldn't stay here again

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, entre Copacabana e Ipanema. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones y el baño es amplio, cama grande. El personal es muy amable. Lo único por mejorar es el wifi y el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba mucho.

The buffet has little variety: the dishes do not change throughout the days, which can become repetitive if you plan to stay for several nights. Regarding cleanliness, we found mold in the bathroom, which shows a lack of proper maintenance. I believe this is not about the staff’s attitude, but more about the management not providing the right tools to deliver better service. On the positive side, the staff was very kind. Both in the breakfast area and in housekeeping, they were always attentive and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.
