Great location, old and grubby rooms

I’ve stayed here for business a number of times over the last few years. The hotel is becoming very tired and dated. The facilities and location are good, which is why we tend to stay there (meeting space, outdoor bars/dining, easy access to the CBD) but the bedrooms are terrible. Not unclean per se, but old and grubby. The bathroom was not pleasant, and the furniture had seen better days. To make matters worse, on arrival there were coach-loads of tourists (possibly cruise) in the lobby and it took a long time to check in. I think if a hotel is being used for bulk bookings like this, perhaps they should warn other visitors. I’m not sure we will stay there again.

Rude and unfriendly door staff that made you feel uncomfortable coming into the hotel, dirty bed sheets, non working AC in room that was stuck on cold despite raising this twice. Outdated rooms, definitely not a 5* hotel felt more like 3*. Considering the price better options can definitely be found elsewhere

Siento que deberian renovar muchas cosas, en los baños en cuanto a las habiataciones.. el personal que hace el aseo maravilloso pero las habitaciones lucen muy viejas!! y por fuera es lo mismo, tienen una vista increible porque no dejar ver el amanecer ??? grupos pequeños podria ser !! En cuanto a la zona del bar el staff demasiado lento en el servicio, no hay mucha variedad en los menu ni en el bar ni en el rooftop
