The front desk staff was very helpful. It’s in the perfect location in Rio. It’s at the Apex of Ipanema Beach and Copacabana Beach. The rooms were a bit small, but had everything that I needed. I would also recommend a room with a view. The courtyard view is facing another apartment.

Lovely the staff, the breakfast is incredible, great view from the roof terrace. Location is exceptional too. The window (city side) was not very sound proof, the room was quite small and they could do with some showers or an area to wash off the sand from the beach before going into the hotel. Also a drinking water fountain - the jugs at reception were always empty.

Everything and everyone fantastic! Only thing you guys need more attention to cleanliness of pool area including pool, you need someone to act as pool boy and clean and take care of water inside pool every day , specially a pool this small. It’s wonderful but its dirty.

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck.
