10% of the staff was OK Erica is the one that spoke some English and help me check in, but the rest of the staff was very disrespectful and rude. I don’t think they’re no proper etiquette to assist tourist or clients and guess it was very difficult to talk And there was misunderstandings and some arguing with respect to certain things in Hotel people I’m not trained. that was the biggest issue otherwise Hotel was not bad. It was clean, but they should get there staff together.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel - it is a GEM. The ocean views from our room were fabulous. MAZIE the rooftop restaurant was 5 star. I loved the breakfast buffet that was included - I couldn’t ask for more. YES YES YES ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
