Fantastic staff and service, friendly and attentive most of the time. During busy times, such as the New Year, it can be a bit slow, but this is to be expected due to high demand and the hotel being 100% occupied. The bathrooms need attention. Otherwise, excellent.

We arrived to a room that was spacious and mostly acceptable — but also extremely hot. We assumed it was because the room hadn’t been occupied, we turned on the AC, and headed out for dinner at MASI. When we returned later that evening, the room was still uncomfortably hot. We reported it, and maintenance changed the filter and told us to request a room change if it didn’t cool within a few hours. By the next morning — and again when we returned around 6 p.m. — the room was still hot. When we went back to the front desk to request a different room, we were told the hotel was overbooked and there were no alternatives. We were repeatedly encouraged to have maintenance return instead, even after explaining they had already been there. Only after about 45 minutes of insisting did a manager finally agree to move us — despite there supposedly being “no rooms available.” The new room (same category) was noticeably better: cooler, cleaner, and equipped with additional amenities like robes, shower dispensers, bath bubbles, and glass doors. This made it very clear the first room should not have been assigned to guests at all. Overall, the service response was disappointing, and the situation could have been handled much more proactively. The property has potential — but guests deserve rooms that meet the listed standard and issues addressed without resistance.The issue wasn’t just the heat — it was the unwillingness to address a legitimate problem. We should not need to argue.

The pool area was quite small for such a grand hotel. There were too many kids in the pools, splashing and thrashing around with the pool floats (noodles). If you do not get there in time, you will not find a beach chair to sit. They provide only one towel per key card. On the beach, you have to pay for chairs and umbrellas (the hotel does not provided that). The room was clean but minimal towels (you had to ask for extra). Our iron was burnt so they brought a new one with no issues. My birthday night (12/22) was a disaster. The hotel had let an entire outside group of about 100+ people rent out the lobby for a private party which prevented the hotel guest from enjoying any of the services offered (lounge bar, beach access, etc) and all they did was say I'm sorry. Also, they do not allow you to eat any outside food in the lobby. They instructed us to go to our room (which we could not because we had already checked out) or go outside (like pets). I did not appreciate that at all. We literally got told by multiple staff that we were not allowed to eat our food inside even though we had explained to them that we were waiting for our taxi to the airport which was coming in like 20 min. After spending a significant amount of money on this trip, I was extremely disappointed in my stay here and I would never stay here again. I would not recommend.

Room was spotless. View from the room was incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Server Gabriel was an incredible person and really made my girlfriend’s birthday extra special. The guest services staff was able to arrange the room for my girlfriend’s birthday with balloons and decorations to give her an incredible surprise. I 100% recommend this property for any occasion and will 100% be coming back!

Very clean, staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel smells amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Reception staff spoke English and were always very friendly. The staff that did not speak English were very patient with me using google translate. Also love the 24/7 security.
