1. Access to the property is allowed only to registered guests. Additional people not previously communicated through the platform are not allowed.



2. The number of guests must correspond to what is indicated in the reservation. Any changes must be requested through Airbnb or Booking and approved before arrival.



3. A security deposit of €983 (nine hundred and eighty-three euros ) is required to cover any damage to the property, furnishings, equipment or violations of the regulations.
