Check-in was very easy and Rita/Gulherme very flexible. Location is perfect and only a seven min walk to the beach. Close to churrascaria Tourao. WiFi works well and ac in each room. Overall well worth the price. Course a little bit of maintenance in the bathrooms but again, well worth the price. I would stay again.
