Excellent and extremely helpful staff ! The hotel could use some upkeep .. First room they put me in had some problems - They offered to move me immediately and were caring to ensure I was comfortable . Simply they need to communicate clearer amongst eachother and make sure their hotel is up to par for guests … Yes … I would Return …. And wonderful Breakfast !!

When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

O quarto é como nas fotos, porém em minha estadia, haviam 2 lâmpadas queimadas deixando o ambiente escuro, encontrado baratas no banheiro. O serviço de quarto é de 8h às 15h. Sai do quarto por volta das 10h e deixei uma placa solicitando o serviço, retornei por volta de 15:30 e ninguém realizou o serviço. Ficamos sem internet durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é bem simples e com poucas variedades

Restaurante sensacional! Café e cardápio de refeições! Equipe mto educada! Ótima localização! Único problema foi rede dando problema durante toda estádia, sem conserto, sem TV qnd chegava ao hotel a noite para um banho e descanso (fatalidade, mas infelizmente ocorreu durante a nossa estadia e não foi sanada)!
