Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The power went out in my room twice during my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, this trip was meant to be special as I was celebrating both a birthday and a 10-year anniversary. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel and was told they would decorate the room. When I arrived, nothing was set up. I called the front desk and was told they would fix it and provide a complimentary setup, but no one ever showed up. I called again the next day and was told they were sorry for the confusion and that they would let me know when it would be done but I never received any follow-up, response, or service. I waited and waited, and nothing was ever done. Very sad and frustrating experience, especially for such an important celebration. I expected much better communication and service.
